This site collects one thing: the email address you type into the letters form. Nothing else.
What we collect
If you sign up for our letters, we collect the email address you enter. We do not ask for your name, your location, or anything else. We collect nothing at all from visitors who do not sign up.
Who processes it
The form submits directly to Kit (formerly ConvertKit), the email service that holds our mailing list. Kit stores and processes the address on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy terms.
What we use it for
We use your email address to send occasional essays, book news, conversations, and future journey notes from Himapaan Press. We use it for nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Cookies, analytics, and third parties
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts. Every font, style, script, and image on this page is served from the site itself, so simply reading it sends your details to nobody.
Unsubscribing and removal
Every letter we send includes an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You may unsubscribe at any time. If you would like your email address deleted from our list entirely rather than only unsubscribed, reply to any letter and ask, and we will remove it.
